Joyously we invite you to the Priestly Ordination of FERNANDO GARCÍA LIRA into The Piarist Order to take place next Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 6pm in St. Lucy's Church, 3945 City Terrace Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90063-1170 by the imposition of hands and consecration prayer of Bishop Oscar Solis, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Fernando García participated in our youth group, Pescadores de Jóvenes and in various other ministries in our parish. A reception will be held in our Parish Hall, 3788 E 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90063 at 8pm on the same day after the Mass of Ordination. 

The following day, Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 6pm, Father Fernando will preside over his first mass here at the Temple of Our Lady of Lourdes, 3772 E 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90063 in act of thanksgiving to our Lord for having received the Priestly calling when he lived in our Community of Our Lady of Lourdes.
